Tour August 4th ...

wonderful day ... the sun is high in the sky .. the clouds are few and do not threaten rain .. then we start to make a direction Lemon ride on AM style. We arrive at Lemon ... we get a bit 'on the streets of the mountain and arrive in a beautiful village where we parked the car ... are downloaded via the mountain bike and just riding .... The tour begins immediately uphill ... and almost immediately began the dirt .. a beautiful hill with a constant slope slightly above average but we are used always with a nice background too challenging .. and especially in the shade .... and cool ... good start ... the views are breathtaking as the Alto Garda now we have become accustomed ... and there never disappoints for its beauty and variety. We arrive at the top ... and begin to walk the path that runs around the top ... it goes a long pushed as the path is very exposed and a slip would lead us to the valley in a few seconds .. and then for our safety we preferred to push our bikes and enjoy nature around us .. Finally comes the descent ... and remount the saddle ... from here on until the end of this stretch of the trail is a great technical single track but not too rich and varied obstacles to pass, the roots that create a lot of steps and terraces ... dirt and rocks stirred ... in short, a little of everything '.. a path that kept me in suspense until the end .. exciting and fun set in a valley that seems enchanted .. Pretend the descent starts to climb up to Passo Nota .. a climb of asphalt road that passes in the last kilometers .. some nice steep stretch every now and finally get back on top .. even here the views are beautiful and every time I remain impressed .. especially now that the day is clear and the view definitely come a long way .. Last ride down ... we start .. drop significantly different from the previous ... large rocky dirt road .. much more 'easy than before .. but still funny .. some technical step down at the start time to time but nothing difficult .. Thus we come to an end ... along the last kilometers on asphalt before reaching the car ..

As always fantastic lap ... as well as the company of my mate Simon adventure of this trip .. What to say more '... Alto Garda is wonderful for mountain biking and every time I will have 'a possibility around the lighthouse' most powerful 'and willingly ...

Great evening last night at the track BIKE OFF ROAD Castle Godego in the province of Treviso. I must say that I was a bit 'skeptical before trying, because a lover of hiking trails and the track in turn seemed limited. Instead I was pleasantly surprised by the fun you gave me this kind of experience. The property is beautiful and the staff friendly, as a very nice set in a beautiful forest in what was once a quarry and which has since been reclaimed. The track is divided into three tracks divided by level of experience and reproduces the typical situations found along the paths of the hills and mountains. Is there any technical treatise, but nothing very difficult. It 's a nice gym, with every turn the technique is refined and the best path, there is no apprehension of going to a cliff or crashing into a tree so disastrously in the most dangerous sections were also made safe with padding.

the end I walked about 8 times the route the red and green 4 times for a total of about 22 km, the figure that surprised me and made to account for the amount of adrenaline flowing in my blood was a fine of 167 average beats per minute and a peak 191 which says a lot about how I was gassed.

A wonderful experience that I recommend to everyone, there are not any thrills from Down Hill for the more daring, but a couple of runs at 40% followed by some dishes still provide a lot of fun. For beginners who want to improve their skills here are bread for their teeth.

And then, after washing the bike and took a shower to reward a nice refreshing beer at the bar! :)
