This morning the first thing I did, getting up from bed was a pull back ... good start I thought!
Alberto is waiting for me to Este to 9.30 in for a ride along the hills, so I do courage and if a little 'sore load the bike into the car and childbirth.
The air is crisp, there are 6 degrees but there is not even a cloud in the sky and the climate is dry, the day bodes well!
at 9.45 we are in the saddle, it's cold, but later the temperature will rise.
It starts from Este and thanks to Alberto who knows these paths we head towards the mountain from Baone cecilia and then to plateau. The first climb is gone, now we are heated and then continue on the ring of selling and on the circuit around the Vendevolo, then go up the mountain still forces surrounded and then descend to bomb slot. From here you take the way back through the mountain Gemola the fasolo and again we go through the plateau and from there back to the car following the road made the first leg.
In total just over 40 km and about 1000 meters in altitude, a very nice ride Panoramic 100% pedaled that requires a good physical shape but has no particular technical difficulties.
Once down from the bike upright for me is just a mirage, then I get back in the car dreaming of a nice plate of pasta, a painkiller and a little 'rest.
