To proceed along Teolo still quite a lot of technical singletrack at times dug by rain, but very funny .. strange to find little mud ... but better that way :-)

From Teolo resume pasasando way back to the sports section through some new, very rocky and rough, to take the low road in Terre Bianche Bresseo that brings us back to the car. Around very nice full of singletrack .. some simple .. other more 'technical ... but still funny ..

Excellent Company ... as always beautiful day and we still got mild temperatures .. and especially compliments that although Pius did everything flared around never giving up :-)

It starts to Monselice Valsanzibio Arquà and then .. around here today ..

Today me and Marco .. Marco must prove his new Specialized ... We are Monselice ... and begin to ride .. Mark acts as a guide, now it is he who makes his way .. We cover almost all singletrack trails .. a nice ride too challenging never too busy .. but full of amusing passages that allow Marco to test his new bike and start to familiarize yourself ... The difference today was not too .. and apart from a ramp to push a few feet long to cycle around ... the slopes had some technical passage, some nice large step but nothing too difficult ... and above all we have done in the downhill hairpins Arquà last Saturday, we made up ... ... well very well let them down ... is suddenly very, very funny ... In conclusion, a ride that I recommend to everyone to do ... Thanks to Marco for the company and congratulations on your new bike .... beautiful beast :-)

40km and 1000m of altitude ... are around today ... How hard

This morning the first thing I did, getting up from bed was a pull back ... good start I thought!

Alberto is waiting for me to Este to 9.30 in for a ride along the hills, so I do courage and if a little 'sore load the bike into the car and childbirth.

The air is crisp, there are 6 degrees but there is not even a cloud in the sky and the climate is dry, the day bodes well!

at 9.45 we are in the saddle, it's cold, but later the temperature will rise.

It starts from Este and thanks to Alberto who knows these paths we head towards the mountain from Baone cecilia and then to plateau. The first climb is gone, now we are heated and then continue on the ring of selling and on the circuit around the Vendevolo, then go up the mountain still forces surrounded and then descend to bomb slot. From here you take the way back through the mountain Gemola the fasolo and again we go through the plateau and from there back to the car following the road made the first leg.

In total just over 40 km and about 1000 meters in altitude, a very nice ride Panoramic 100% pedaled that requires a good physical shape but has no particular technical difficulties.

Once down from the bike upright for me is just a mirage, then I get back in the car dreaming of a nice plate of pasta, a painkiller and a little 'rest.

Cake Sayings For A Retirement

M. Rich ... around today ... From

Today we made the rounds last week that we could not do ... departure from the direction Valsanzibio M. Rich ... Rich until the ride was quiet .. but started the climb of the ascent takes Rich .. some places we had to do push .. other than a little pushing on the pedals ... climb very hard .. vegetazioen much in the first section was a bit 'too much and invaded part of the trail .. We finally arrive at the top .. we round the mountain at high altitude taking a bit 'out of breath ... and then down 'to singletrack fabulous .. close .. a bit 'but never too technical, and above all very funny .. we can say that the hardships of the climb have been amply rewarded by the descent ... Now we take for Arquà .. even here the ascent to the plateau challenging in some places .. that in tight bends and stones again forces us to make some small pushing section .. never mind ... in the end we won and we gain back the top and then make the final descent brings us back to the car .. calm down and not very difficult just to recover from the stress of the tour .. At the end we did almost 1000m in altitude in less than 30 km .. and so we get the cars all pretty tired .. but satisfied have covered a lot of new trails for us .. nice ride as always for the good company of Eddie Albert and ..

's lap today in the paper was presented very well ... but a series of unexpected we did not make very few changes and shorten the ride we had in mind ... It matters little ... the most 'of the day was nice to know 2 new friends to ride we could find by mtb-forum.it and this blog ... Mark and Ricardo ... after a series of emails to agree on the venue we are ... we introduce ourselves and begin to cycle between a chat and the other .... the company is great wonderful day ... but early during the descent on the M. A small step on sharp rocks me, Eddie and Mark cut, pinched all the rear tire in a way that even the latex can plug the holes / cuts ... a small series of expletives and all we have to mount the air chamber that we carry for emergencies .. unfortunately we lose a lot of time and then decide already now shorten the ride ... since we must return soon because of work commitments / house ... do a few more miles and the misfortune to hit back ... a nice big plug decides to slip in the rear tire of Eddie ... other stage .. Another exchange of air chamber ... Oh well .. obviously today was not our day ... the ride was short but the same very nice ... We have come some new trails for us and we met two very nice biker with which we will return soon to ride .. moreover, even these days, especially when you're in good company are equally funny but full of bad luck :-) This Saturday we will try to make the tour we had scheduled today ... allowing bad luck :-) I close my greeting the new 2 friends met today ... see you soon ...

From Bresseo to Praglia through the Venda and the Rua .. From

Giro very nice today ... want the land .. a lot 'of mud, but never too much .. Look for the beautiful landscapes ... Look for the beautiful sunny day and temperatures still short-sleeve shirt .. It starts from Bresseo Teolo direction .. try to avoid the more 'can we asphalt and there pretty good ... little variation off road to get to Via Fonda and then up to Teolo .. That brings us to 'Abbey and from there back to the car .. Tour finished ... Very nice ride, not too much difference but there have been many beautiful steep ramps to deal with .. the varied ground and also found various landscapes .. Better known around the Euganean ..
